Custom Education

I can't wait to be done with school.

Quite often this is the attitude surrounding education.

The ways that we think about education and learning can be limiting for people living in a modern world that is constantly changing and where lifelong education can be necessary to keep up.

By changing our attitudes and expectations we can improve outcomes for adult life.

Too often education is regarded as something you do once and then are done or it is something to endure until it is over. This can result from many different factors but a big stumbling block for students is being forced to learn in a style or pace that doesn't fit them.

Too often classrooms are stretched to the limit and teachers struggle to meet basic standards. Is it even reasonable to suggest education be customized to each student?

Not in the current model but how could that be improved?

Are there novel approaches or tools that can improve the situation?

Can AI assist educators in evaluating and guiding learners?

Can education become adaptable to the point of fitting each student and helping to learn in their own style and pace?
