Feel the Heat

It's hot all over.

No matter what you think the cause is, we need to adapt.

Some areas are hotter and drier, others hotter and wetter - both come with significant dangers.

Even with drastic climate action we are going to have to deal with these changes for years or even decades.

The world we live in is changing which means the narratives that we live by need to change too.

Those who are struggling need anthems to lift their spirits, to commiserate, to inspire.

Those who have power to act need to be supported, guided, motivated.

Fiction is one tool that every culture uses to prepare, adapt and understand. Let's use it intentionally to interrogate, inform and inspire culture.
